TLP are currently Hiring for long term contract work at London Thamesport, located on the Isle of Grain (ME30EP). Your day to day duties will include all general Port activities for general cargo, as well as container vessel duties of unloading and loading containers to and from our short see clients. Full training will be provided in all aspects of port operative work. No experience is necessary but any plant driving or dock working knowledge would be preferable, you will be in house trained on all port duties. We are looking for people who are: Physically fit. Able to work to very tight deadlines to meet our customers demands. Work under pressure. Health and safety aware. Manual Handling aware. Willingness to learn new skills and develop as a person. Ability to fit into and enhance the existing operations team. To work in compliance with PORT Safety, Environmental and Security policies.
