The successful candidate will lead reliability improvements, undertake problem-solving sessions, compile documentation, and provide technical leadership in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Reporting to the senior electrical engineer, responsible for electrical system reliability in the BB/BLC/Mill areas.
• Ensuring reliability and maintenance plans are effectively executed, liaising with production, quality, operations, and contractors.
• Supporting maintenance planning with critical asset decisions.
• Ensuring PM tasks are completed safely, on time, and contributing to shutdowns.
• Investigating CBM and OTR findings to optimize shutdowns.

Qualifications and skills:

• Experience with CMMS systems like SAP or E-Maint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with PLC & VSD systems (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi).
• Experience in FMCG maintenance.
• Involvement in RCA processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Stakeholder collaboration experience.
• Degree in engineering or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred.
