This is a strategic and hands on role, partnering with our business services departments to deliver people focused solutions that align with our business plans. You\’ll be a trusted advisor, helping shape and implement initiatives that support our ambition to be a progressive, inclusive and high-performing firm.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, advising on resourcing, retention, and organisational design.
• Leading on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with policy, legislation and best practice.
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with the Resourcing team.
• Coaching and supporting line managers to build people leadership capability.
• Driving performance and development conversations, ensuring consistency and fairness across the firm.
• Supporting key annual processes, including the annual salary review process, and contributing to reward strategy discussions.
• Translating engagement survey results into meaningful action plans.
• Contributing to firm-wide people initiatives, including wellbeing, health & safety, and external award submissions.

What We\’re Looking For

• CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with strong HR generalist experience ideally in a professional services environment.
• A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and strong analytical skills.
• A confident communicator who can influence and build trust at all levels.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• A passion for diversity, equity and inclusion, and a track record of embedding D&I into everyday practice.
• Resilient, organised and solutions focused with a genuine interest in people and culture.
