Overview

Residential Property Solicitor – Essex – £50,000 – £60,000 – W/29232. Our client, a long-established and well-regarded practice in central Essex, is seeking a talented and motivated Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy and supportive Property team.

About the Role

You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. This will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions, re-mortgages and transfers of equity, shared ownership and Help to Buy matters. You will have direct client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships, while also working closely with colleagues across the firm.

Candidate Requirements

They are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 4 years PQE and solid relevant experience in handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions. You will need excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach as well as strong organisational skills with the ability to market and develop new business.
