Project Quality Technician | Telford | £34,112 + Shift Allowance
Location: Telford
Salary: £34,112 + 20% Shift Allowance
Hours: 37 hours per week (rotating shifts – mornings and afternoons)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We\’re hiring a Project Quality Technician to support critical inspection, testing, and assurance processes within a high-spec manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support audits, inspections, and testing across fabrication and assembly
-
Conduct visual, dimensional, and non-destructive inspections
-
Operate Laser Scanners, Faro Arms, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)

Investigate non-conformances and support root cause analysis
-
Interpret engineering drawings, specs, and quality documentation
-
Ensure quality standards from suppliers through to final vehicle testing
What We\’re Looking For:

Experience in quality inspection/testing in a manufacturing environment

Skilled in use of measurement tools and inspection equipment
-
Knowledge of NDT (dye penetration, magnetic particle, radiographic) is desirable

Understanding of ISO 9001 and quality assurance systems

Auditor certification or equivalent practical experience

UK MOD \’SC\’ clearance required (sponsorship available)
