Our client, one of the UK’s most exciting challenger food brands, is looking for a commercially driven Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) to join their high-growth business in London.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal role at a fast-paced, values-led company that’s disrupting the food and drink space with energy, innovation, and ambition.
The Role:
The successful candidate will take full ownership of a portfolio of key convenience and wholesale accounts as well as selected high street retailers. You will also lead a small but high-potential team of two, guiding and supporting their development.
This is a hybrid role based in London, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow strategic accounts across the convenience, wholesale, and high street channels
- Deliver against sales, margin and distribution targets through robust joint business planning
- Lead top-to-top customer engagement and key negotiations
- Coach and develop two direct reports (Jr NAMs), helping shape the future commercial talent of the business
- Work closely with internal teams across Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance to deliver best-in-class execution
- Bring insight, structure and commercial rigour to a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong national account management experience within convenience, wholesale or high street retail
- A proven track record of delivering commercial results and building lasting customer relationships
- Strategic thinking and confidence in commercial planning and forecasting
- Natural leadership qualities – prior line management is a bonus, but not essential
- A proactive, high-energy operator who thrives in agile, high-growth businesses
- Basic salary of £70,000 – £80,000, depending on experience
