Fire Safety Manager

Lead fire safety in one of the UK\’s most prestigious and historic estates. This is a rare opportunity to take on a high-impact leadership role within a complex and iconic environment. As Fire Safety Manager, you\’ll be responsible for protecting people, property, and heritage across a multi-site estate with national significance.
What you\’ll do:
- Lead and develop a dedicated Fire Safety & Access team
- Ensure full compliance with fire safety legislation and best practice
- Oversee fire safety systems, training, and incident response readiness
- Manage inspections, equipment maintenance, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with internal teams and external emergency services
- Align safety processes across multiple estate locations
What you\’ll bring:
- Qualifications in Fire Safety Management (e.g. FPA, IFSM)
- Experience in fire safety within historic or complex estates
- Strong technical knowledge of fire prevention and protection systems
