Fire Safety Manager
Central London, site based with 1 day a week WFH

Lead fire safety in one of the UK\’s most prestigious and historic estates. This is a rare opportunity to take on a high-impact leadership role within a complex and iconic environment. As Fire Safety Manager, you\’ll be responsible for protecting people, property, and heritage across a multi-site estate with national significance.

What you\’ll do:

  • Lead and develop a dedicated Fire Safety & Access team
  • Ensure full compliance with fire safety legislation and best practice
  • Oversee fire safety systems, training, and incident response readiness
  • Manage inspections, equipment maintenance, and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external emergency services
  • Align safety processes across multiple estate locations

What you\’ll bring:

  • Qualifications in Fire Safety Management (e.g. FPA, IFSM)
  • Experience in fire safety within historic or complex estates
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire prevention and protection systems
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and training delivery abilities
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and budget management
