Job Summary:
EveryMatrix is looking to hire a talented and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Presentation Designer to join our Commercial unit.
We are an established iGaming software provider with a global reach. This means we are producing and maintaining a significant number of sales decks, product presentations, and collateral. We are looking for a presentation designer who can tackle this job with impeccable skill and with substantial experience to back it up.
In this role, you will empower our senior sales organisation with the tools, resources, and content they need to close deals effectively and efficiently. Your primary focus will be designing and producing high-impact sales presentations, crafting compelling content, and collaborating cross-functionally with B2B Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

What you\’ll get to do:
Create visually appealing and professional presentations for internal and external audiences, client-specific pitch decks, demo and sales enablement materials, and strategic use case studies.
Develop custom templates, presentation guidelines and graphics that align with the company\’s brand guidelines.
Ensure consistency in design and adherence to branding standards across all presentation materials.
Transform complex product and service information into clear, visually engaging slides incorporating storytelling techniques.
Support solution-based selling by aligning messaging and content with client needs, pain points, and strategic value propositions.
Collaborate with various commercial and product teams to gather insights, client data, and competitive benchmarks for tailored messaging and translate information into clear, concise, and customer-centric presentations.
Maintain the sales decks and ensure existing content stays current.
What you need to shine:
2+ Years of proven experience as a Presentation Designer or in a similar role, preferably in the B2B environment (work portfolio is a must).
Proficiency in presentation design software is a must (we currently use PowerPoint).
Proficiency in graphic design software is a plus (Adobe Photoshop, Figma).
Strong design and layout skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Creative with a passion for visual storytelling and a keen understanding of commercial messaging, marketing, and competitive positioning.
Ability to translate industry and market insights into clear, compelling sales materials.
