A Lead Finance Implementation Consultant (ERP Finance, ERP Implementation, Finance ERP, ERP Consultant, Financial ERP) is required by a rapidly expanding ERP software company that has grow by 20% since summer 2024. With a global presence across the UK, Europe, and APAC, this company designs robust modular ERP systems without licensing fees, tailored to industries such as manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, HR, and ecommerce. Recent wins include a complex £300K deal with a major manufacturing client.
To be considered, you must have:
- Strong ERP implementation background, with a focus on Finance modules.
- Hands-on finance software experience or solid accounting knowledge.
- Confidence discussing VAT, Debits/Credits, Chart of Accounts, WIP, GNR, and Project Accounting with senior finance stakeholders.
- Experience working with manufacturing clients, ideally within the £5M-£300M turnover range.
- Exposure to ERP-based sales and purchasing processes.
You\’ll benefit from full remote working across England, with structured mentorship opportunities and full visibility over Finance module strategy. You\’ll be key to driving the future direction of this core product.
Day to day, you\’ll lead implementation of the ERP Finance module. This includes running workshops, gathering requirements, delivering training, and overseeing go-lives. You\’ll manage two product managers, own the module roadmap, and act as a functional escalation point. You\’ll also support sales by demonstrating advanced Finance functionality to prospective clients.
