I am working with an exciting Digital Performance Agency who are looking to expand their UK offering. They are looking for a commercial-minded Sales Manager to drive new business, build out their pipeline, and launch the agency into the spotlight.
What you\’ll do
- Own the UK growth strategy and lead on new business generation
- Identify, pursue & convert prospects across digital & social campaigns
- Develop referral networks and partner relationships
- Lead discovery calls, track leads, and qualify opportunities
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise for conversion
- Stay sharp on industry trends and competitor activity
- Represent the agency at industry events
You bring
4+ years in a digital or social-first agency
Proven experience in new business & growth
Strong network, client-first mindset, and sharp comms skills
Deep understanding of digital & social (paid, earned, owned)
Energy, ideas, and an entrepreneurial mindset
Nice to have
- Go-to-market experience (website, socials, marketing assets)
- Collaboration skills for working across digital, PR, and creative teams
