The Role_

// Join Masabi as a Senior Technical Program Manager, a pivotal leadership role driving operational excellence across our Product and Engineering organisations.

You’ll shape and guide cross-functional operational initiatives that strengthen our planning, governance, tooling, and delivery execution. You\’ll build the infrastructure that allows our R&D teams to scale sustainably and confidently deliver world-class outcomes.

This is a strategic role at the heart of Masabi’s innovation practice, where collaboration, data, and purpose come together to create business impact. You’ll work across teams to ensure systems, people, and plans stay connected, helping us move as a cohesive, high-performing organisation.

Responsibilities_

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to drive alignment, planning, and operational execution

  • Act as a trusted cross-functional partner, ensuring transparency, alignment, and efficient collaboration across all stages of product and platform delivery

Planning and Prioritization

  • Lead annual, quarterly, and continuous planning processes, adapting plans thoughtfully as priorities evolve

  • Support estimation and prioritisation frameworks to enable confident decision-making

  • Help teams re-plan delivery with care, taking into account new opportunities, compliance needs, or resource changes

Tooling and Process Improvement

  • Drive our transition from Target Process to Jira and support rollout of Jellyfish and Salesforce integrations

  • Lead implementation of requirements tracking, time attribution, and effort-based billing tools

  • Connect Jira, Jellyfish, and Salesforce to enable accurate, real-time views of delivery, capacity, and ROI

  • Identify and introduce automation and AI opportunities that improve team workflows, with space to explore and experiment

Portfolio and Delivery Operations

  • Own end-to-end portfolio planning from discovery through to delivery

  • Monitor timelines, interdependencies, and risks; escalate and adjust when needed

  • Manage delivery operations in response to external changes, you’ll be the nerve center of roadmap integrity

Data and Metrics Leadership

  • Develop dashboards and reporting that support visibility of delivery velocity, value, and capacity

  • Improve how we use data from Jira and Salesforce to shape decision-making and planning

  • Become the go-to person for operational data across the R&D org

Continuous Improvement

  • Facilitate retrospectives, post-mortems, and team-driven improvements

  • Help embed shared ways of working through planning standards and playbooks

  • Champion a culture of learning, reflection, and shared ownership of progress

About You_

  • You bring experience working across Product and Engineering teams in B2B SaaS environments, with a strong understanding of how technical delivery connects to business outcomes

  • You’ve led operational programs that include planning, tooling, delivery execution, and continuous improvement

  • You’re confident working with systems and tools (Jira, Salesforce, Jellyfish or similar) and are comfortable introducing and evolving frameworks that improve how teams operate

  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a natural ability to connect dots, identify gaps, and help people stay aligned and on track

  • You communicate effectively across different audiences and you value clear, respectful collaboration

  • You bring a mindset of care and accountability, for the work, for the people involved, and for the outcomes we’re driving together
