Job Description
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to both prospects and clients, guiding them through discovery, solution design, and successful deployment. You’ll collaborate with sales during early-stage conversations and then transition into ownership of implementation and onboarding once deals are closed. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology, sales, operations and customer experience.
This is a key role in terms of client relationships and, as such, is expected to include significant client interaction at a senior level (C-suite, and client project managers), acting as the main contact/ escalation point for several high-profile engagements.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You\’ll collaborate with Salesto understand client needs, present product capabilities, and design tailored onboarding solutions, including leading discovery sessions and delivering customized demos and proof-of-concepts.
- You\’ll act as a subject matter expertduring the sales process, supporting technical RFP/RFI responses with insights on architecture, APIs, compliance, and platform features, while contributing to sales enablement and feedback loops.
- You\’ll manage end-to-end client onboarding, serving as the primary contact, translating business requirements into technical configurations, and coordinating with both client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth rollouts.
- You\’ll lead onboarding activitiessuch as workshops, configuration sessions, and UAT support, while defining project scope, timelines, and success criteria to ensure successful implementation and transition to Customer Success.
- You\’ll leverage your strong technical and interpersonal skills, including expertise in software systems, APIs, data integration, and SQL, to manage multiple implementations, communicate client needs, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
- You have 3+ years of experiencein a pre-sales, implementation, solution consulting, or delivery role for a SaaS product, specifically within the FinTech or RegTech industry.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills, and have experience working with relational databases.
- You understand workflow and compliance requirementsin the financial services sector and have hands-on experience navigating these frameworks.
- You are fluent in business English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
- You bring a consultative approach, combining technical expertise with industry knowledge to deliver tailored solutions to clients
