What will be your responsibilities :
- Lead and manage endātoāend procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation.
- Develop, negotiate, and oversee strategic supply agreements to ensure longāterm value and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct inādepth market research to identify, evaluate, and onboard highāperforming suppliers aligned with quality, cost, and service objectives.
- Analyse procurement needs across departments, prioritise requisitions, and ensure timely execution of purchasing strategies.
- Drive supplier optimisation initiatives, focusing on cost reduction, continuous quality improvement, and enhanced service levels.
- Collaborate crossāfunctionally with engineering, finance, and operations teams to align procurement efforts with organisational objectives and project timelines.
Profile and requirements :
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- 4ā6 years of progressive experience in procurement, preferably within the electronics and/or mechanical manufacturing sectors.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and decisionāmaking skills.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and lead procurement initiatives independently.
- Resultsādriven mindset with a strong focus on value creation and process efficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
- Solid understanding of commercial and financial procedures related to procurement (preferred).
- Knowledge of Microsoft BC.
