A fast-scaling SaaS organisation is currently seeking a capable and hands-on IT Manager to lead its internal IT operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a critical role in shaping IT systems and support functions during a period of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of all internal IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud-based tools
  • Deliver day-to-day IT support across the organisation, including remote teams
  • Lead technical aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols
  • Manage IT procurement and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
  • Oversee data security, backups, and disaster recovery planning
  • Maintain and improve access control systems and ensure compliance with security standards
  • Supervise IT support personnel and ensure smooth ticket resolution workflows
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT initiatives with business objectives
  • Provide hands-on support across all levels, from 1st to 3rd line
