Your tasks

  • Plan and perform annual requalification testing of assemblies for internal and external customers
  • Maintain and develop the plant\’s calibration system to ensure compliance and operational readiness
  • Conduct precise measurements and tests in line with project timelines and specifications
  • Provide statistical support in problem-solving activities and investigations
  • Analyse and report on assemblies or component parts, including warranty parts from key markets
  • Prepare detailed test and analysis reports using standardized templates
  • Maintain and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to calibration and testing
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies (e.g., quality, health & safety, environment)
  • Support additional quality or testing-related projects as needed

Your Profile

  • HNC or equivalent in Quality, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in calibration and testing roles
  • Solid understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Skilled in statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques (Six Sigma knowledge is a plus)
  • Experience with calibration systems and test equipment (e.g., UTS machines, Denison, SPS units)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC skills
  • Capable of working methodically and independently with strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to clearly present technical information
  • Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines
