Team Lead Supported Living Facility
Location: Belfast
Salary: £16.76 per hour (Days) // £18.74ph (Nights)
Hours: 37.5 per week (3 x 12.5-hour shifts, including weekends)
Are you a dedicated and compassionate leader with experience in supported living and complex health conditions? We are seeking a Team Lead to join our supported living facility in Belfast, providing exceptional care and support to service users with diverse and complex needs.
About the Role
As a Team Lead , you will play a key role in leading and supporting a team of care professionals, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting the dignity and independence of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care
- Ensure the well-being, safety, and dignity of service users
- Assist in care planning, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and families to ensure holistic care
- Work flexibly across three 12.5-hour shifts per week, including weekends
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in a leadership role within supported living or healthcare
- Understanding of complex health conditions and person-centred care
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Level 3 in Health and social Care
- GCSE Maths and English A*-C or equivalent.
- Two years previous experience in a social care setting providing support/care to include 6 months of working with behaviours which challenge.
- High level of competency in IT to include Microsoft Office packages
