Freelance Luxury Brand Manager (Mid–Senior Level)
Mayfair (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite per week)
The Opportunity
We\’re seeking a Freelance Luxury Brand Manager to support the creation and execution of premium marketing and sales collateral across a prestigious property and residences portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of design, strategy, and brand excellence — partnering closely with project managers, creatives, and stakeholders to ensure every asset aligns with the luxury market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of sophisticated sales materials — proposals, brochures, CGI renders, and floorplans
- Brief and review creative outputs for brand consistency and visual excellence
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to uphold premium brand standards
- Manage project timelines and asset delivery with the project manager
- Gather and implement stakeholder feedback with clarity and efficiency
- Act as brand guardian across all platforms and touchpoints
You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in brand, marketing, or creative project management
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional brand materials in premium or luxury sectors
- Strong understanding of visual identity, brand tone, and high-end creative production
- Meticulous attention to detail and polished communication skills
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, property, or design-led brands is a plus
