Social Account Director
3 month FTC
Start: 4th August
£60,000 pro rata

The Role
- You\’ll be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, ensuring both strategic alignment and commercial effectiveness across all accounts. Acting as a senior contact, you\’ll help coordinate internal teams, oversee the delivery of high-quality work, and ensure a seamless balance between client expectations and creative output.
- You\’ll drive campaign planning and account growth-both creatively and financially-while supporting and mentoring a team of Account Managers to deliver exceptional service and long-term client satisfaction.
- You\’ll lead on client strategy across advertising and social channels, acting as a senior advisor in day-to-day communications and long-term planning.
- You\’ll collaborate with other senior team members to identify new opportunities, support growth initiatives, and contribute to new business efforts.

- Proven track record in managing and nurturing professional client relationships
- Extensive experience within agency environments, ideally across creative, design, or media sectors
- Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and confidently prioritising a demanding workload
- Strategic thinker with experience in senior-level planning and account development
- Capable of negotiating and resolving conflicting deadlines and expectations to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery
- Highly organised, persistent, and dependable under pressure
- Proactive and hands-on-comfortable stepping outside of defined responsibilities to ensure smooth project delivery
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently present creative concepts and strategic thinking
- Demonstrated success in managing and motivating high-performing teams
- Detail-oriented, with a sharp eye on both creative output and financial performance
- Informed understanding of creative processes, with up-to-date knowledge of digital and social media landscapes
