Black Fox Solutions are currently recruiting for a leading legal practice based in Coleraine. Working alongside a dynamic team of legal professionals and support staff, this is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a supportive team where they can further expand their accounts experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, issue, and track client invoices.
- Reconcile client payments against invoices regularly.
- Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly bank statements.
- Manage internal ledgers and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in VAT calculations and preparation of returns.
- Respond to payment enquiries from clients or internal staff.
- Liaise with solicitors on billing matters or overdraft issues.
