Romax Recruitment is expanding within our Driving and Industrial department. We are currently looking for a dedicated, keen to succeed and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between account managers, consultants and candidates, ensuring we meet our clients’ needs while maintaining strong relationships and efficient recruitment processes. Your goal will be to fill available positions with suitable candidates, ensure compliance standards are met, and manage administrative tasks such as new starter processes, adverts, compliance and database management, all while working within deadlines. We will provide the relevant guidance and training to assist in growth within our business.
