Opening their doors nearly 200 years ago, the firm is very well known and has developed deep roots within the community. Looking to progress? They are proud to offer a very structured route of progression, ultimately leading to becoming a Director of the firm. The staff retention in very good with the average being 11 years but several members of staff have been there for 20+ years. Role & Requirements Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of property matters where you will be responsible for a high quality caseload of residential property matters including buying, selling, transfer of equity, first registrations, etc. – Minimum of 3 years PQE – Will consider both Solicitors and Licensed Conveyancers – Confident running a full caseload of property matters Benefits -25 days holiday , increasing to 28 after 3 years and 30 after 10. – Hybrid working after probation. 3/2 negotiable – Private health care after 6 months – Standard pension – Very structured route of progression with annual reviews. – Bonus Structure – 37.5 hour week. 4pm Friday finish.
