Antrim Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be partnering with a well-established nursing home in the Belfast area, renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional care to residents living with dementia, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to oversee the clinical running of the home and inspire a culture of high-quality, person-centred care. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role and make a meaningful difference every single day. Main Responsibilities Oversee the daily clinical and operational management of the home. Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary nursing and care team. Ensure adherence to all regulatory frameworks, policies, and clinical standards. Promote a culture of dignity, empathy, and respect in all aspects of care delivery. Work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure smooth and efficient service provision. Maintain appropriate staffing levels, ensuring skill mix and safety standards are consistently met. Carry out pre-employment checks, including NMC registration, Access NI clearance, right-to-work documentation, and references. Ensure all staff are inducted, trained, and supported to provide safe, high-quality care. Drive ongoing improvements in resident care, clinical governance, and operational performance. What Were Looking For At least 3 years experience as a Nurse Manager within a nursing home environment. A valid and active NMC PIN (clean registration). Full eligibility to work in Northern Ireland (no sponsorship requirements). Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with a passion for quality care.
