The role:
- You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.
- Supporting the Nurse Manager in leading the care team and managing the day-to-day running of the home
- To be a positive, visible role model; promoting our person-centered philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals
