Legal Secretary, Lisburn, £23 – £25k

We are currently hiring for a legal secretary to work for a long-established law firm, who are experts in their legal advice. This is a full-time office-based position hours 9-5 Monday – Friday.

You will be:

  • Providing administrative support to solicitors
  • Preparing correspondence and legal documents
  • Managing emails and filing
  • Ensuring all files are up to date, accurate and accessible
  • Dealing with clients
  • Answering phone calls
  • Organise and manage appointments diaries

You will need:

  • Previous experience in an admin role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Desirable experience with Landweb / conveyancing
