We are working with a leading Construction & Civils contractor to recruit for 2 exciting roles within the business, Submission Manager, x1 Civils and x1 Construction. Both opportunities offer excellent opportunities to join a leading contractor at an exciting time.
Joining the pre-construction teams on the outskirts of Belfast you will work alongside a dedicated team on the preparation of high-quality tender quality submissions and pre-qualification questionnaires. This will include;
- Reviewing and analysing PQQ/Tender submission requirements to plan and develop the overall response
- Writing, editing, and reviewing responses to PQQ/Tender questions, with support from the technical and estimating teams
- Liaising with internal and external parties to develop methodologies and quality submission responses, including construction team and external consultants
- Coordinating inputs from bid team members to collate and deliver/submit PQQ/Tender returns, ensuring quality and consistency across all documentation in line with company brand guidelines.
- Preparing for and attending presentations for client interviews
What we are looking for
- 5 years experience in writing PQQ and Tender responses for Construction or Civil Engineering projects
- Experience within a Main Contracting or Consultancy bidding background
- Able to effectively plan own workload and work to tight deadlines in high pressure situations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
