We\’re seeking an exceptional Marketing Program Manager to drive customer growth and retention initiatives across APAC (Australia and Singapore) through the implementation of advanced marketing automation tools, customer engagement platforms, and AI capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, campaign management, technology implementation, and customer experience, driving innovation in how we engage with customers across their journey with Amazon.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, innovative and analytical candidate, who must be able to work at both a strategic level and at the execution level. This candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of the customer funnel and possess great project management and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to achieve success. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, great at meeting multiple deadlines, comfortable operating on large sets of data, and engaging with senior leaders worldwide.
In this role, you\’ll work with channel, tech and lifecycle marketers to orchestrate marketing operations that accelerate customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and maximize lifetime value across the customer journey. Your strategic mindset and operational excellence will transform complex, cross-functional initiatives into streamlined, high-impact marketing programs.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Program Management
– Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation tools and customer engagement platforms – working with marketing, tech and product management teams to understand program requirements and jointly develop a solution which solves a larger business problem.
– Define and execute tactical and strategic plans towards achieving the program vision and goals through efficient program, operations and stakeholder management.
– Develop comprehensive roadmaps for new technology adoption and process improvement initiatives.
– Drive cross-functional collaboration between marketing, technology, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Customer Lifecycle Innovation
– Drive end-to-end campaign workflow management across channels and lifecycle stages, ensuring excellence in execution, timely delivery, and quality control of all marketing initiatives.
– Design and execute data-driven marketing programs that enhance customer engagement and drive retention.
– Partner with global teams to identify and localize best practices for APAC markets.
– Design and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs), documentation systems, and project management frameworks to optimize marketing operations and team efficiency.
Analytics and Optimization
– Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize customer engagement.
– Develop measurement frameworks to track program success and ROI.
– Analyse customer behavior data to inform strategy and program development.
A day in the life
Your average day will be dynamic and you\’ll collaborate with Product Marketers, Channel Managers, Business Intelligence and peer marketing functions. We seamlessly transition from strategic planning to creative ideation to detailed execution, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We work together and pick each other up when workloads shift, balancing our time and juggling multiple priorities. We enjoy supporting a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Bachelor\’s degree
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
