Location: Daventry
Pay Rate: 13.37 per hour
Hours: Full-Time, Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday)
Shifts: 06:00-13:45 and 13:30-21:15 (Early finish on Fridays)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Start Date: Immediate

Job Description

SolviT Recruitment is currently recruiting Production Operatives for a printing company based in Daventry.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering weekly pay, excellent working conditions and the potential for a permanent contract.

Key Duties

  • Handling inks, replacing plates and changing rolls of paper
  • Performing visual inspections using computers and cameras
  • Identifying and removing defective products
  • General manual handling and quality checks

What We\’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a production, factory, or warehouse environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
  • Comfortable with manual tasks and standing for long periods
  • Computer literate and fluent in written and spoken English
  • Local to Daventry or able to reliably commute
