Our client is looking to recruit Stock Administration Clerk to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career. Duties: Ensure that daily orders and goods received are processed in a timely manner(goods in, allocation, despatch and LRS) in order to meet agreed KPI\’s as defined by the Customers. Produce various reports from the WMS in order to provide key data and information both for the operation management and to the customer. Investigate and resolve stock errors as they occur within the warehouse recording all errors on an investigation form with relevant evidence, process returned product in a timely manner. Cycle counts of pick and bulk locations as required by contracts ensuring appropriate systems are maintained to reflect stock adjustments and any other task as requested by the customer. Handling all internal and external calls regarding stock, dealing with specific customer queries, e.g., batch errors, recalls, QC issues, etc and responding in a timely and professional manner.
