Job Overview:
CBW is currently recruiting for an experienced AOV/Fire Alarm Engineer to join a busy Facilities Management company covering 4 sites across East London. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in both fire alarm and AOV systems, looking for long-term stability, with opportunities for training and progression.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and servicing of AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) systems
  • Fire alarm system installation, servicing, and fault finding
  • Ensure all works comply with current fire safety regulations
  • Provide clear reporting and documentation for all works carried out
  • Communicate effectively with site staff and management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with both AOV and fire alarm systems (installation & maintenance)
  • Clean UK driving licence (essential)
