Join Vision Express at our flagship Brent Cross store as an assistant store manager, where you\’ll play a key role in leading a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a dynamic retail leadership role within one of the busiest stores in the region.
As an assistant store manager, you\’ll work closely with the store manager and other assistant store managers to support a team of 22 colleagues.
You\’ll help drive store performance through strong leadership, effective coaching, and a clear focus on delivering KPIs.
From guiding team development to leading difficult conversations with confidence, you\’ll bring a proactive and positive approach to every challenge.
