About the Role:
We are seeking several Beauty Sales Consultants to join our team and play a vital role in promoting our brands to salons and their clients across the UK. This role will be to cover the East Midlands (including areas such as Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Rutland, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire).
This is a field-based position that requires travel throughout your designated territory. Company Car or Car allowance provided.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engaging in-salon events to promote Advanced Nutrition Programme, Environ, et al. and Eventis. Promote and generate the iiaa feed, fortify, finish philosophy.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations, educating salon staff and clients on the benefits and features of each brand.
- Secure new salon partnerships and build strong relationships with existing salon owners and staff.
- Manage and prioritise a busy diary, scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
- Track event performance metrics, including sales generated and client engagement.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on event activities and outcomes.
About you:
- Experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a similar field-based role (skincare and makeup). Level 3 (or equivalent) qualified.
- Strong business acumen and experience in a business supporting role.
- Proven success in product demonstrations, client consultations, and sales presentations.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekend events, work 5 days over 7.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
