We\’re excited to welcome a Home Specialist (Retail Sales Assistant) to our wonderful Farnham team, on a part time basis, working every Sunday each week. Focusing on providing a warm and welcoming environment for our customers and creating a memorable experience through their in-depth product knowledge and passion for great design and interiors. Responsibilities include: Identifying customer needs and answering product related questions using your product knowledge whilst offering advice and guidance in the selection of suitable products Processing sales and communicating accurate information, including creating purchase orders from suppliers and quotations for customers Supporting in improving and maintaining brand standards on visual display and merchandising to meet our company guidelines Organising meetings for our in-house Designers to support with kitchen and home design appointments.
