As part of Havas – one of the world’s largest digital, creative and entertainment networks – we partner with our sister agencies in the Havas London Village to collaborate on a wide range of people-centric client projects.

The role will sit in the Marketing team, which sits in the Specialist Functions team report to a Marketing Manager.

Person Specification:

As our Marketing team is growing, we\’re searching for a multi-talented Graphic Designer [& Video Content Editor] to join us. This hybrid role is perfect for someone with a passion for both video production, graphic design and animation, who excels at creating visually stunning content across multiple formats.

You’ll be responsible for designing graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and other brand initiatives and supporting on high priority bids and pitches. Ideally you will have experience editing high-quality videos

What you’ll be working on:

  • Graphic design: Create eye-catching designs for social media posts, web, email campaigns, and other marketing/promotional materials that align with Gate One’s brand identity.
  • Bid design: Involved in the creation of visually appealing materials for priority bids, tender presentations, and other materials.
  • Video editing and production: Editing raw footage to delivering polished, high-quality videos for platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn. Ensure all video content is enhanced with colour grading, sound design, effects, and transitions to elevate the overall quality.
  • Brand consistency: Maintain a cohesive look and feel across all content—both video and graphic—to ensure consistent visual identity.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design and animation, preferably with experience an interest in video editing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint.
  • Ideally expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.
  • Strong creative vision, the ability to tell compelling stories through video and create visually engaging graphics that align with Gate One’s brand.
  • Fast-paced adaptability, experience managing multiple projects across both video and design, and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Digital media knowledge, understanding the requirements of video content and graphic design for all platforms, able to optimise content for each.
  • Collaboration skills, a team player who can work closely with internal teams to create cohesive and engaging content.

  • Strong project management proficiency, capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
