What’s an Asbestos Operations Manager?
As the Asbestos Operations Manager, you will be the hero ensuring the safe and compliant removal of asbestos. You’ll lead a team of 15-20 professionals, uphold top-notch health and safety standards, and keep project documentation on point. Plus, you’ll be the go-to person for clients, making sure their needs are met.

What You’ll Be Responsible for as an Asbestos Operations Manager:
- Resource management: Manage site staff and oversee staff schedules, quality checks, optimise supply chains (LARCS, testing & other resources)
- Project Management: Create and monitor projects and teams, review workloads and staff allocation to ensure projects are completed and KPI’s are met.
- Commercial: Work alongside our national commercial manager to ensure a healthy pipeline of work and prospective clients for future targets via networking, current contacts, general lead generation.
- Clientele: Maintain/improve client relations while looking at ways to expand the ASP brand.
