My client is seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic team and oversee construction projects in high-end residential, refurbishment, and commercial construction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and upholding safety regulations. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily on-site activities for residential, refurbishment, commercial, and high-end construction projects.
- Lead and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.

- Monitor site operations to guarantee compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Proactively resolve any on-site issues or delays, minimizing impact to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in residential, refurbishment, commercial, and/or high-end construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, architectural plans, and construction documentation.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
