Exciting opportunity to take charge of poultry operations on a diverse, family-run farm. Ideal for an experienced farm manager or a someone with laying experience looking to advance their career! The farm is equipped with two, modern, multi-tier sheds, each housing up to 16,000 birds and its own packing room. As a free-range farm, they are committed to maintaining the highest welfare standards and are seeking a farm manager who shares this vision. As Farm Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, supervising staff, managing inventory and ordering, animal welfare, compliance, and liaising with vets, auditors, suppliers, and other external partners. This position is open to experienced farm managers as well as those with proven experience on laying farms who are eager to progress into management.
