We are now seeking a passionate Sales Enablement Manager to join our Sales Performance Team and play a vital role in our next chapter of growth.
What you\’ll do
Be a catalyst for high performance and team success by:
- Designing and delivering onboarding and ramp-up programmes.
- Developing best practice processes, playbooks, and training initiatives.
- Manage and refine the RfX centralised knowledge base and train RfX best practices and manage submissions to ensure consistent high quality and improve RfX win rates.
- Creating and maintaining impactful sales collateral in collaboration with Marketing.
- Driving optimal adoption of the sales tech stack.
- Improving key sales metrics such as win rates, sales velocity, and forecasting accuracy.
- Acting as a critical link between Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure full alignment.
What we\’re looking for

- Has 5+ years of Sales Enablement experience within SaaS/Tech.
- Brings proven expertise in MEDDPICC and complex sales methodologies.
- Experience supporting sales teams to qualify/ disqualify and sell via RfX, ensuring consistent levels of quality, and industry leading win rates.
- Has a strong track record of measurable impact through enablement initiatives.
- Excels in communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Combines deep analytical skills with a sharp business mindset.
- Is passionate about creating exceptional sales experiences and enabling success.
