In this key role, youwill lead the end-to-end process optimisation efforts to ensure that our staff are equipped with the understanding and skills necessary for new ways of working brought about by major internal projects.

How will I spend my time in this role?

  • Facilitate workshops to understand the end-to-end business processes;
  • Develop comprehensive solutions to address and support understanding and training needs;
  • Develop Learning Needs Analysis based on the change impact assessment and action plans;
  • Develop the training strategy, approach and plan;
  • Build out the training curriculum based on learning needs of the business;
  • Oversee the training scheduling and logistics including coordination of Train the Trainer and design of training evaluation;
  • Oversee the creation of tactical training guides and videos by the two SEL training developers;
  • Support the training delivery.

  • Proven experience in change management, with a focus on process training design, communications and stakeholder engagement.
