Private Equity Insights is part of United Media, which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, and more. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.
The Opportunity
On the Leadership Program, you will manage all aspects of Private Equity Insights, including building and leading a world-class team, and ensuring the successful execution of conferences and brand strategy.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, high ambition, forward-thinking, and a drive to inspire and lead a team. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to scale the company rapidly.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team.
- Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
- Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
- Execute strategy at a rapid pace.
- Develop the company’s brand as a hub for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
- Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within timelines and budget constraints.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate on new client acquisition.

Requirements
- +4 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment such as management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate, or start-up.
- Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic results, potentially followed by an MBA.
- Strong commercial awareness and passion for business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- UK, EU, or US work permit.
