Tasks

As a key player in our Used Truck Department, you will work closely with a dedicated network of dealers across a selected UK territory. Your mission? Strengthen the retail presence of Mercedes-Benz used trucks, support dealer partners in stock management and strategy, and help us elevate the second-hand truck market while preparing for a Zero Emission future.

This is a Full-Time position. To be located geographically in the North of England.

As a key player in our Used Truck Department, you will work closely with a dedicated network of dealers across a selected UK territory. Your mission? Strengthen the retail presence of Mercedes-Benz used trucks, support dealer partners in stock management and strategy, and help us elevate the second-hand truck market while preparing for a Zero Emission future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the retail standard of used Mercedes-Benz trucks across a defined UK territory.
  • Collaborate with dealer partners to manage stock, marketing, and market presence.
  • Drive residual value growth and support the transition to Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEV).
  • Work closely with the Head of Used Truck to deliver quarterly strategies and meet annual sales targets.
  • Innovate marketing campaigns with our Used Truck Marketing Specialist.
  • Present performance insights to senior leadership and ensure seamless sales operations.

What You\’ll Need:

  • Experience in capital equipment sales or financial services
  • Knowledge of commercial vehicle or finance markets is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic mindset and data-driven decision making
  • Full, clean driving licence and strong IT literacy
  • Class 1 HGV (C+E) Licence Preferred, but not essential
