Robert Half are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting organisation based in Birmingham. The role we are recruiting is for an HR administrator -Employee Relations to join an established and welcoming team based within a shared service centre. Starting salary for this role will be £33,000. You must have Employee Relations experience to be considered for this role. As an HR Administrator Employee Relations, you will help provide advice to Line Managers handling queries on a full spectrum of issues within the UK. To be considered for this role you will have previous experience within Employee Relations. As a HR Administrator – Employee Relations you will be handling a broad spectrum of HR related topics including; disciplinary, grievances, absence Management and other HR related issues that may arise. You will be responsible for – Management of HR cases including Sickness, disciplinary, grievance, redundancies, performance management, capability and Occupational Health Support line managers and resolve cases in a timely manner driving SLA performance, maintain HR systems & record all case actions within the system Escalate high risk cases, trends & capability issues Produce allegation & outcome letters with line manager support Support line managers throughout the case process, coaching line managers to understand best in practice approach to employee relations Build strong relationships…
