Job Title: General Manager at Wagamama
As a general manager at Wagamama, you’ll be leading a restaurant team in the Wagamama way. Live and breathe our people promise, values, and embody core leadership behaviours. You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving sales
- Inspiring your team to deliver a great guest experience, striving to exceed expectations
- Developing and growing your team, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and delivering results
