Performance Marketing Lead, Media Products****Location: Global Remote

As we continue to grow our global sports entertainment ecosystem, we are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition for our media products across web and app platforms worldwide.
In this role, you will lead and scale digital marketing campaigns across key channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic networks, and other relevant platforms. Beyond performance acquisition, you will also play a critical role in shaping product marketing strategy – improving user journeys, driving engagement, and aligning messaging across touchpoints. You’ll work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to set up cross-product tracking between our media and core products, enabling smarter decisions and sustainable growth in fast-paced, competitive markets.
Responsibilities– Own the strategy and execution of performance marketing initiatives aligned with business goals for our media platforms;
– Define and oversee paid media acquisition efforts across channels like Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic – executed in partnership with our user acquisition team;
– Optimize performance through experimentation, audience insights, and continuous iteration on creative and targeting approaches;
– Partner with product and lifecycle teams to enhance onboarding, improve user flows, and drive long-term engagement;
– Support cross-product analytics by aligning attribution, tracking, and measurement across media and transactional products;
– Identify and develop new growth opportunities via affiliates, influencers, and local ad networks;
– Build strong relationships with key media and tech partners to gain early access to betas and unlock strategic advantages;
– Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative, and innovation-led marketing culture.
Qualifications
– 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth, ideally within media, entertainment, or digital consumer products;
– Proven success scaling paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic, with a strong grasp of data-driven optimization;
– Experience collaborating with product, analytics, and creative teams to improve user journeys and drive measurable impact;
– Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with attribution and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Looker);
– Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals across paid acquisition, lifecycle/CRM, and cross-channel measurement;
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field;
– Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. Portuguese or Spanish) are a plus;
– Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional, and globally distributed teams.
