We\’re searching for a highly organised and discreet Executive Lifestyle Manager to support the Founder of a leading high-growth luxury brand in London.

This role goes beyond traditional admin – you\’ll be responsible for seamlessly managing both business and personal priorities. From coordinating international travel and VIP events to handling private appointments, lifestyle needs, and high-level relationships – you\’ll keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Coordinate a packed, ever-changing global calendar
Arrange high-end travel, logistics, and events
Manage personal errands, property matters, and wellness appointments
Liaise with VIP clients, partners, and internal leadership
Handle confidential matters with total discretion
Provide reliable, strategic day-to-day support

What we\’re looking for:
️ 3-5 years\’ experience in a high-level support role (EA, lifestyle manager, or similar)
