Serving markets such as Aerospace & Defence, Space, Medical, Industrial, and Commercial, the company operates across three UK sites with a strong reputation for innovation and quality. The Role: The Operations Planner, reporting to the Lead Planner, will play a critical role in optimising production planning, resource allocation, and inventory management. This position focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance by leveraging ERP systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demands. Conduct capacity planning for equipment and resources. Manage inventory planning, replenishment levels, and stock accuracy. Analyse and address excess and obsolete inventory. Release production job packs and ensure ERP data accuracy. Support material transactions, cycle counting, and stock checks. Drive improvements in planning and material transaction processes. Key Deliverables:
