Working as aProduction Manager where you’ll be responsible for the warehouse operation for Enham 3PL. You’ll manage the enterprise production and operatives in ensuring they are equipped, on task and able to deliver in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll be assisting the Enterprise Manager in developing improvements and efficiencies on production lines to support contractual targets being achieved where you’ll put quality first in delivering outcomes. The role willalso involve liaising with stakeholders around costings on new orders and development of production processes.

You’ll work alongside the Enterprise Manager and Strive supported employment team to ensure the operation provides an environment in which supported employees are able to access and develop employability sills and maintain employment.

About you

This will ideally be a field that you’re currently working within or have demonstratable experience ofworking in an operational managerial or production management role.

You’ll have Strong organisational skills, ability to work to targets and sometimes conflicting deadlines

You’ll be working with internal and external stakeholders, so you’ll be confident building relationships, understanding and anticipating customer needs.

This role will be based at Enham Trust, soyou’ll ideally be able to commute to and from the Andover, Hampshire area.
