Accounts Receivable Administrator Consultant – 6 month contract initially £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience Our client, a Real Estate Investment Manager is looking for an Accounts Receivable Consultant to join their AR team on an initial 3 month contract. The successful Accounts Receivable Consultant will assist in posting receipts and reviewing debt listings. Duties: Assist the team with the bank reconciliation ensuring no aged items. Maintain the Accounts Receivable inbox daily, making sure all queries are seen too. Assist with creating the billing and unallocated cash reports. Raise invoices through the system and chase outstanding debt. Provide a professional and timely accounting service in respect of all cash receipt processing, billing and general cash management. Support the team with the quarterly billing cycle. Providing assistance to the Property Manager teams. Handle the debtor reconciliations for the team.
