Now, we\’re looking for a Fault Technician to be the face of our frontline response team – restoring power, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service when it matters most.
This isn\’t your average field role. As a Fault Technician, you\’ll be first on site when the unexpected happens – whether it\’s a power outage, a network fault, or a safety-critical issue. You\’ll be hands-on with both LV and HV networks, restoring supplies, fixing faults, and making fast decisions that directly impact our customers.
And it\’s not just about fixing problems – it\’s about thinking ahead. You\’ll work with the latest technology, support innovative trials, and help us develop smarter fault location techniques that reduce outages and improve network resilience across the North West.
