About The Role
SMT GB is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our services to our customers. You will work closely with internal teams, as well as external partners, to ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and meet the customer\’s expectations.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of services to our customers, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that resources are allocated effectively to meet customer demands
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the main point of contact
- Identify areas for service improvement and work towards implementing appropriate solutions
- Monitor and report on service delivery performance metrics and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with relevant service delivery standards and processes
- Manage escalations and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in service delivery management
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
- Proven experience in service delivery management or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing deliverables
- Knowledge of service delivery methodologies and best practices
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights for service improvement
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Relevant bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience
