Electrician

Our client is one of the UK\’s best-known high-street retailers and the leading established online retailer of Clothing, Footwear, and Homewares.

They are a British multinational clothing, footwear, and home products retailer with around 700 stores, of which approximately 500 are located in the United Kingdom. They are seeking someone experienced in domestic lighting or an electrician to work in their purpose-built photography studios.

They need an ad-hoc electrician to wire up the domestic lights and then secure them to temporary ceiling joists in the room sets they create for photography.

Theygenerally need assistance on set one day a week, specifically with shooting ceiling lights, which can occasionally be quite delicate or ornate.

It\’s quite a simple yet repetitive job and requires someone who will take care and is methodical.

Which day you work could be negotiable, and you may not be needed every week. The role would ideally suit someone who is no longer seeking a permanent or full-time position but would like to share their skills and experience with the creative team at the studio and keep their hand in.

You will need to be physically fit and able to follow Health and Safety regulations.
